This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://sunrisetissue.com.au/. By placing an order at Sunrise Tissue (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to the shipping terms below:

Order Processing

  • After you receive your order confirmation, it takes 1-3 business days to process all the orders. These business days exclude public holidays and weekdays.
  • You will get a notification when your order is in transit.

Delivery Estimates & Rates

  • The calculation and display of shipping charges is available at the checkout page.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates. This may take longer depending on the weather, transit situation, public holidays, or any other matters beyond our control.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard: 3-7 business days
    • Regional Areas: 5-10 business days

Shipping Locations

  • We provide shipping within Australia only.
  • For shipping outside Australia, customers must contact Sunrise Tissue to confirm rates, availability, and shipping methods.

Order Tracking

  • As your order ships, you will receive a transit confirmation message that contains your tracking details.
  • The tracking information will allow you to track the delivery time on the courier’s website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • You must provide an accurate and complete address at the time of checkout.
  • Sunrise Tissue will not be responsible for any shipping issues due to incorrect address information. Additional shipping charges will apply if an order is resent.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In case of damage to the order, contact Sunrise Tissue within 48 hours. Don’t forget to mention your order number and attach order damage photos.
  • For parcels lost in transit, contact our customer service immediately. Sunrise Tissue will assist in working with the shipping provider.
  • Once the order is in transit mode, issues or delays caused by couriers are not Sunrise Tissue’s responsibility.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • The charges for shipping are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, we provide a deduction in the original shipping fees unless the return is due to errors from our end.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel returns to Sunrise Tissue, customers have to pay additional shipping charges for order re-delivery.
